With the advancement of technology and safety concerns, automakers have been adding a greater number of safety features to their cars.   The all-American SUV is known for its particular safety feature called MyKey safety system which lets owners set speed limits for individual drivers. It also offers a number of other safety features such as rear parking sensors, active park assist, rain sensing wipers, adaptive cruise control, and inflatable rear safety belts in the outboard seats. The SUV is priced around $30,000 which is competitive for its segment.
• Audi A4
  While other sedans and SUVs are known to offer rain sensing wipers, the German automobile giant went a step ahead to offer rain sensing headlights, automatic emergency braking, and pedestrian detection. The higher trim-levels include adaptive cruise control, rear cross traffic alert, and blind spot monitoring. It has two types of car safety features— Audi pre sense basic detects and readies the car for a potential collision and Audi pre sense city comes with forward collision warning and pedestrian detection. The 2018 version of the Audi A4 is priced at $36,000.
• Tesla Model 3
  How can we talk about car safety and not mention Tesla? The US automobile giant is almost synonymous with futuristic car safety features. The all-electric car has received 5-star ratings from NHTSA. Tesla Model 3 has been known for its front crash prevention. Tesla 3 comes equipped with automatic emergency braking and forward collision warning. Other standard features include lane keep assist, lane change assist, blind spot monitoring, active park assist, and adaptive cruise control. The car is priced around $46,000.
• Ford Mustang
  Despite being branded as an American muscle car, Ford Mustang has been rated one of the safest cars to drive. Apart from its raw power, the Ford Mustang is also known for its safety features such as rear-view camera and Ford’s signature MyKey safety system. Some other features available in upper trims include automatic high beam, blind spot monitoring, rain-sensing windshield wipers, rear cross traffic alert, forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, and automatic emergency braking.
